Spider-Man 3 First Look Appearing in Theaters

Source: Zarathos, Frizz

December 31, 2006

Two scoopers tell us that the Spider-Man 3 first look preview clip is already appearing in theaters. First up is 'Zarathos':

I just wanted to let you guys know that I went to the movies last night and they had the "AMC: FIRST LOOK" before the film. I was actually expecting to see the one for GHOST RIDER but instead came on one for SPIDER-MAN 3. It showed alot of the same footage from the trailers but also showed a few new scenes like gwen stacey announcing spider-man to the cheering crowd and him swinging in, a scene of Eddie and Peter in the bugle together talking with J.J. about spidey pics. It also layed out the plot as they have in the trailers and talked about the black costume. I'm sure there are a few things in there that I'm missing but that was about it, it was about 3 minutes long

P.S. I went to comic con over the summer and saw the footage they showed, and in it they call topher eddie brock jr. much like he was called in the ultimate story line - no one else ever really mentioned that so I thought it might shine some light on what venom they are doing.

'Frizz' also wrote:

I am a projectionist at a movie theater and this morning when I was booting up the digital projectors I saw the Spider-Man 3 interviews on the First Look. They repeated a lot of stuff that we've heard before, about Spider-Man's ego, but it also showed some new things, like Eddie Brock flirting with Miss Brant, and Topher discussed how Eddie and Peter were competing for the photographer position at the Daily Bugle. It showed a clip of J.J. telling them whoever took a picture of Spider-Man with his "hand in the cookie jar" would get the job. No clips of Venom though.

Franco's Goblin Gets into the Action!

Source: Edward Douglas

December 18, 2006

James Franco has been having a busy year, starting last winter with movies like Tristan & Isolde and Annapolis through the recent WWI drama Flyboys. He also has a small part in the upcoming indie The Dead Girl, but when Superhero Hype! talked to him, we were more interested in finding out from Franco how things were going on Spider-Man 3, particularly in terms of how much more action he's been getting into as the latest Goblin villain.

"Spider-Man is a combination of a lot of green screen and action," he told us. "I mean I shot one action scene that took six weeks for one scene, and then there's months and months and months of work on the computers that I'm not even a part of. When I see those movies, it's a different movie for me, and the process feels completely different than the result. Although Sam is one of the most fun directors I've ever worked with, the process can be tedious. You do small little segments, and when it all adds up and you see the final result, it's still surprising to me just because it sure doesn't feel that way when you're doing it."

Goblins don't have the best of luck in the Spider-Man comics and movies, so we were curious whether he knew anything about Harry Osborn (or anyone else) returning for a possible Spider-Man 4. "When we all signed on--Tobey, Kirsten, and I--we all signed on for three pictures, so when the first one did well, automatically we just did the second and the third. Now, we've done the third and the contracts are up. I guess it's just a little bit more up in the air than the other ones have been. I know that everyone has a great time, and I know that Sony and Marvel could do 100 if they could."

Franco also expressed his disappointment in not being able to make the huge San Diego Comic Con presentation for the movie last July, but he was in the middle of shooting a movie at the time.

Spider-Man 3 opens on May 4, 2007, while Franco can be seen in one segments of The Dead Girl, which opens on December 29 in New York and Los Angeles.

Just thought I'd let you guys know!

Spider-Man 3 Photos & Preview Article!

Source: jpmuftak

December 14, 2006

Scooper 'jpmuftak' has posted scans of a Spider-Man 3 preview article from the new issue of Premiere magazine.

The article features great new photos from the anticipated third installment, as well as new bits like that Harry Osborn is referred to as the "New Goblin" and his glider is called the "Sky Stick." Venom is confirmed again as being from outer space.

About a possible fourth film, Raimi says, "I'm sure they'll keep making Spider-Man pictures. Amy [Pascal, Sony cochairman] told me that she would. I love 'Spider-Man.' And I love working with Kirsten, Tobey, James. I don't know if Thomas and Topher will be around in the next one, but probably Bryce will be. But I have to make sure that when I'm done with this picture I'm really still fascinated with the charater. At the this moment I'm fascinated with him. Whether or not I will be in six month when the movie's done I couldn't say. And I absolutely would not have anything to do with the picture unless I was hungry to tell the story."

You can view the photos and full article here!

I was watching the Nip/Tuck season finale when during a commercial break FX said they will be premiering Spider-Man 2 Jan. 2 at 7PM. Not only will they be showing Spider-Man 2 but a new version with added story and extended scenes. Also during this there will be a new clip of Spider-Man 3 shown.

'Spider-Who?' wrote:

Hey! Just to let you guys know, the cable channel FX just aired an advertisement about Spider-Man 2, saying that Sam Raimi presents an "exclusive cut" of Spider-Man 2 on January 2.

Movie-Infos has posted a new official photo from Spider-Man 3, which shows Tobey Maguire (Peter Parker) and Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst) hanging around, a scene you got to see in the recently released trailer. Spider-Man 3 opens in theaters on May 4.

Maguire on the Spider-Man 3 Goo

December 11, 2006

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Tobey Maguire revealed a bit more about Spider-Man 3:

"Basically, there's the goo, right? The symbiote which has, like, a dark energy, like the goo from the thing that creates venom." To someone not totally versant in the Spider-Man mythology, Maguire sounds vaguely demented. He realizes it, laughs and backs up. He's not referring to venom, but Venom, "a very, very popular character from the later Spider-Man comics. He has the same kind of attributes that Spider-Man has, but he's just stronger, faster and more vicious than Spider-Man. And it comes from this goo that comes from outer space, so first the goo comes and gets hold of me."

How exactly does it come from outer space? We'll soon know. Hit the link above for the full interview.

This could mean we could be getting new looks at both of those films, or looks at their games.

This is NOT a Real Spider-Man 3 Poster

Source: Superhero Hype!

December 3, 2006

It's amazing to us how many e-mails we still get daily about this supposed "international" Spider-Man 3 poster that is being labeled so on many, many websites on the internet worldwide.

Folks, this poster was made by a fan and picked up by various sites that started posting it as if it is official. In fact, the person who made the fan art explained what images he used to make the poster here on the SHH! Boards earlier this year.

While it may not be a real poster, kudos to 'hyzak' for making a great-looking pic!

Elfman Working with Young on Spider-Man 3

Source: Phatmaster

December 1, 2006

'Phatmaster' pointed out that Spider-Man 3 composer Grant Curtis revealed an interesting bit about the music in his latest Blog update:

Hey SHH! I was just glancing over the Spidey 3 blog earlier reading Grant Curtis' new post, and responding to a comment about the music it seems like he confirmed that Danny Elfman is actually working on Spider-Man 3...

Hi Grant, thanks for paying attention to us, your blog is a great idea. i had questions about the music, but i didn't know where to ask them, so i do there. Will Christopher Young use the main theme created by Danny Elfman at the beginning of the first two movies? Or will he compose a new one? Has the work on music started? Thanks, hope you'll answer me.

Tim, Danny and Chris Young are both working on the picture. We have yet to start actively working on the music, but we will start soon. Thanks for the questions. Grant

Elfman did the score for Spider-Man and Christopher Young took over on Spider-Man 2.

It looks like you won't be able to miss the Spider-Man 3 trailer anywhere on Thursday as we just received word from numerous scoopers that the clip will air on the CBS Network as well. 'Greg Sanders' writes:

I was just watching CBS and they aired that on Thursday they would be playing a Network Television Premiere of the NEW Spider-Man 3 Trailer. This also ties into the same day as what's happening on MTV. It didn't say during what show, like they would, but it could come on at any time.

'Dragon' adds:

I was just watching CBS and they announced a Spidey 3 "Preview" (I suppose they mean the trailer, but they said Preview) running on Thursday. They didn't give an actual time but said it would be running during primetime, between Survivor, CSI and Shark. All the while they had the Spidey costume texture (Like during the teaser opening) moving in the background. So they might be arranging the schedule around the showing.

Exclusive: Spider-Man: Battle for New York Q&A

Source: Superhero Hype!

October 27, 2006

On November 21, Activision will release the Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance title Spider-Man: Battle for New York. The game allows players to take on the role of their favorite Marvel superhero, Spider-Man, and one of his famed nemeses, Green Goblin, in an original storyline which builds upon their legendary comic book rivalry.

Superhero Hype! caught up with Lead Designer Vaughan Marshall, from Torus Games, to talk about the anticipated game:

Superhero Hype!: What can you tell us about the storyline in "Spider-Man: Battle for New York"?

Vaughan Marshall: The "Spider-Man: Battle for New York" storyline is loosely based within the "Ultimate Spider-Man" universe. As fans would undoubtedly know, the story follows both Spider-Man and Goblin. Linked by the technology that created them, the paths of these fundamentally opposed, but similar characters inevitably crossed in classic comic book style.

As well as exploring the obvious conflict between these two characters, we also wanted to focus on the personal stories of both Norman Osborn and Peter Parker.

Peter Parker is coming to terms with his new powers and the role he must inevitably play as a defender of justice within New York City. And whilst Norman Osborn relishes the powers of his alter-ego, he is slowly losing the battle to maintain a grip on his sanity.

SHH!: You will be able to play as Spider-Man and his famed nemesis Green Goblin, how will the gameplay differ depending on which character you're playing?

Marshall: "Spider-Man: Battle for New York" is about Goblin as much as it is about Spider-Man. The story follows both characters and players will get to experience what it is like to be both characters.

As you would expect, Spider-Man is able to crawl on any surface and swing through the air on his web-line. He is also a supreme athlete armed with rapid attacks, gravity-defying moves and superhuman agility. However, being one of the good guys means that Spider-Man must always be ready to save citizens in trouble!

Playing Spider-Man is fun, but some might argue that it is more fun to play the bad guy! As Goblin, the player will use brute strength, classic wrestling moves and fire attacks to defeat the hordes of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents hot on his trail. If Spider-Man is a martial artist, then Goblin is the mighty wrestler…armed with a flame thrower!

SHH!: It seems you're using Green Goblin from the "Ultimate Spider-Man" series, tell us why the choice to go with him instead of the older hover-craft riding version?

Marshall: There were several reasons why we chose the "Ultimate" version of Goblin, but the biggest deciding factor is because the story is loosely based on the "Ultimate Spider-Man" story so it was natural to use that particular version of Goblin.

SHH!: We know Spider-Man and Green Goblin are in the game, can you tell us if any other Marvel heroes or villains make an appearance?

Marshall: Kingpin is one of the principal villains in "Spider-Man: Battle for New York" and both Spider-Man and Goblin must deal with him in one way or another. And where would Kingpin be without a right-hand man…or woman. In this case it is Silver Sable doing his dirty work.

Additionally, we had great fun introducing new characters to the story and to the long list of enemies desperate to defeat of Spider-Man. These characters have not been revealed yet but I can say that they are dedicated to the destruction of our web-slinging hero and will be tough opponents to beat.

SHH!: How are you using the dual screen set up on the DS to impact gameplay?

Marshall: All of the core game-play takes place on the top screen. The lower touch screen is used to view and manage Special Moves specific to the character currently being used. The player taps the desired move displayed on the touch screen to instantly assign it to the X Button. This means that the player doesn't have to pause the game or memorize multiple button combinations to use or select moves. And the player can switch Special Moves at any point during gameplay.

Additionally, all mini-games take place on the touch screen and are linked directly to gameplay on the top screen. This means that however well you perform on the touch screen will affect your character's situation, in real time, on the top screen.

Finally, the dual screen proved to be a fantastic presentation format for our animated comic book cut scenes. Effective use of the two screens allowed us to simulate the 2-page comic book layout.

SHH!: Since the game is called "Battle for New York," what areas of the city will players see?

Marshall: In designing and building levels in "Spider-Man: Battle for New York," we tried to create epic backdrops to heighten the sense of drama and reinforce the sensation of traversing a large city like New York.

Players who manage to complete the game will have visited areas within Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. In the early levels, players can expect to visit Peter Parker's school in Queens, Chinatown and the streets of Manhattan. Players who persevere further, will be rewarded by near the New York City docks and the exterior of a mighty S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier.

SHH!: Will players be able to upgrade their powers throughout the game? Please include examples.

Marshall: In "Spider-Man: Battle for New York," players will have the opportunity to upgrade both Spider-Man and Goblin's arsenal of super moves. As the game progresses, Upgrade Points will be unlocked. Players can spend these on upgrading 1 of 4 attributes for each character.

For example, when playing as Spider-Man, players may find that they rely heavily upon webbing foes before entering the fray. These players will have the opportunity to upgrade the number of web-shots at enemies or the duration of a web-hold.

SHH!: What types of mini-games are included and how do they take advantage of the dual screen?

Marshall: There are three mini-games the player will experience when playing as Spider-Man. All mini games use the touch screen and are linked directly to gameplay on the top screen. This means that however well you perform on the bottom screen will affect your character's situation, in real time, on the top screen.

The Stroke Game is used when Spider-Man is performing a rescue operation. The player must stroke the touch screen in the direction that Spider-Man is pushing, pulling or lifting.

The Arm/Disarm game is used when Spider-Man is hacking into computers or security consoles. This is a timing game based on half and full beat time measurements. Music was the inspiration for this game.

The Web Draw game is available whenever Spider-Man is in a battle room. Hordes of goons enter the room through specially-marked doors. Spider-Man must seal each door using his webbing. The player must draw a pre-set pattern on the touch screen to web-seal the door before the next goon arrives. "Spider-Man: Battle for New York" can be quite challenging!

Exclusive: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Behind-the-Scenes!

Source: Activision

October 20, 2006

Superhero Hype! has your exclusive first look at a behind-the-scenes trailer for Activision's highly-anticipated Marvel: Ultimate Alliance video game, hitting stores on Tuesday, October 24.

Over 140 Marvel characters come together in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, an all-new action/RPG that features the largest roster of comic book characters ever seen in a video game. Players assume the roles of more than 20 Marvel superheroes including Spider-Man, Wolverine, Blade and Captain America, and through their actions determine the fate of both planet Earth and the Marvel universe – revealed in one of multiple epilogues.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance features a deep, rich gameplay experience by offering total team customization, where players create their own team name, icon and vehicle, as well as establish their team reputation as they play throughout the story. Gamers also have the option to level up each character individually to their liking, or all team members at the same time to keep their heroes balanced. With the game's new combat system, players battle against the world's most notorious Marvel Super Villains in the air, underwater, and on the ground, using grappling, blocking and dodging moves, by charging up their superhero powers before unleashing them, and using environmental objects as one and two-handed weapons.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance features a unique storyline where the missions players accept, the objectives they complete, and their interactions with other characters throughout the game directly impact how the story plays out. The game also features a robust multiplayer component where fans can band together with friends as their favorite Marvel superheroes, and fight evil in both on and offline cooperative story modes. There's also a Competitive Mode where the game tracks various in-game stats so players can see how well they stack up against one another – affecting the amount of experience points earned and how equipment is distributed.

Kirsten Dunst on Spider-Man 3

Source: Heather Newgen

September 30, 2006

ComingSoon.net/SuperheroHype.com caught up with Kirsten Dunst today and talked to her about reprising the role of Mary Jane Watson in Spider-Man 3.

Asked about the conflicting reports on whether there may or may not have been additional shooting, Dunst said she had not done any more shooting since filming wrapped. "I haven't yet no, but I think there are some blue screen things. Nothing major."

Mary Jane Watson will be joined by Gwen Stacy (Bryce Dallas Howard) in the sequel who rivals her for Peter Parker's affections. Dunst said there was no competition on the set between the two, however.

"It's so funny. Everyone asks me that like it's a competitive thing, but Bryce and I got along better than anybody," she explained. "I was happy to have another girl to share all of that testosterone with. It was nice to come to set and have a girl to hang out with. Her character adds another type of woman that puts Peter in a position obviously with conflict with me and lying and this and all of those things just create more drama in our relationships."

She added that it was nice to have a year in between shooting Spidey 2 and 3.

"It was nice to have that year because I was really excited to go back to work again. I love working with Sam and coming back to a place where you know everybody which is a good thing because you're confident. You're not afraid to give your opinions on anything like lighting or whatever it is. You're there with your team again. It's a long movie so when you start doing the blue screen things and you're just lying there and reacting to all of these things and these long takes, you feel like you're losing your mind. But, when it comes to the scenes and Sam it's all about that for him. That doesn't feel like I'm making anything less important than this film."

Bruce Campbell Talks Spider-Man 3

Source: Josh Look

September 10, 2006

'Josh Look' wrote in about a Q&A held with Bruce Campbell on Friday in which he was asked about Spider-Man 3:

I had the honor to go to a Q&A session with Bruce Campbell on Friday night in Cambridge, MA. It wasn't long before someone popped the 'Spider-Man 3' question. Bruce said that he couldn't say much and was probably going to say too much, but he and Spidey will "team up." He also bragged that the snooty usher is the only person to ever defeat Spider-Man in the movies.

Later in the night, (with an enitrely different crowd) there was a screening of his film "Bubba Ho-Tep." He took more questions, and again Spidey 3 came up. This time, said that his role was "pivitol." Obviously a joke, but I'd be willing to be that he is definitely NOT Mysterio, as earlier rumors claimed.

Spider-Man 3 hits theaters on May 4, 2007.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Composers Announced

Source: Activision

August 29, 2006

Activision, Inc. announced today that award-winning composers Chance Thomas ("Peter Jackson's King Kong," "Lord of the Rings" series), Cris Velasco ("God of War") and Mark Griskey ("Best of LucasArts Original Soundtrack") have scored the upcoming, critically-acclaimed Marvel: Ultimate Alliance video game. The trio has produced over 50 minutes of original music for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, including arrangements for multiple game levels, the in-game cinematics and the Super Hero™ and boss battle themes.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is Raven Software's highly anticipated action/RPG that allows players to create their Marvel dream team from the largest roster of Super Heroes ever in an epic quest that will determine the fate of Earth and the Marvel Universe. With over 140 popular Marvel characters and a playable cast of more than 20 Super Heroes, including Spider-Man, Wolverine, Blade and Captain America, gamers will embark on a dangerous journey across exotic terrain and well-known comic book locations like Atlantis, the Shield Heli-Carrier and the Skrull home world in an attempt to defy Dr. Doom and the world’s most notorious Super Villains.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance will be the first Super Hero game available this fall for all next-gen gaming systems. Additionally, the game will be available for current-gen consoles, handheld and PC platforms, and carries a "T" (Teen – Mild Language, Violence) rating by the ESRB.

Spider-Man 3 Audience Tested? No!

Source: Sony Pictures

August 29, 2006

We've received numerous e-mails over the last few days from fans wondering about all the reports that supposedly Spider-Man 3 was already tested in front of an audience, which said the movie needed more action.

It all started with an interview with James Franco (Harry Osborn) posted by MTV in which the star said that he would next be doing "re-shoots on 'Spider-Man.' " He revealed that director Sam Raimi had put out the call for "more action."

The Irish press (like this article) then added their own little twist to the story, saying that the reshoots were happening because "test audiences complained the movie was lacking in action." We figured it wasn't true, of course, since they were referring to the MTV article, but then the mainstream North American press started picking this up as well.

So, to put any worries to rest, and debunk the rumor, we contacted Sony Pictures. An executive confirmed to Superhero Hype! that no testing has been done on the film and that these reports are not accurate.

Activision has updated the official Marvel: Ultimate Alliance website with two new features - a new V.I.P. section and a Team Builder option.

Those who gain access to the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance V.I.P. community will receive insider access to the developers of the game. Exclusive: Matthew Paul on Marvel: Ultimate Alliance

Source: Superhero Hype!

August 24, 2006

This November, Activision will launch Marvel: Ultimate Alliance on PS3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PS2, Xbox, PC, PSP and GBA. The all-new action/RPG features the largest roster of comic book characters ever seen in a video game.

Superhero Hype! caught up with Activision Producer Matthew Paul recently to talk about the anticipated game:

Superhero Hype!: "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" has the largest roster of Marvel superhero characters ever in a videogame. Can you let us know how many characters are in the game and how many are playable?

Matthew Paul: In "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance," there are over 140 total characters in the game and more than 20 playable Super Heroes. Each of the playable characters also has at least four different costumes and that's not included in the numbers above. So, I think it goes without saying that there is a huge amount of variety in the game.

SHH!: Who are the favorite characters to use around the office? Do people stick with the big names like Spidey and Captain America or are there some surprising favorites?

Paul: Spider-Man, Captain America and Wolverine are of course big favorites. I think that everyone thinks they always have the best character regardless of who it is, because you are able to make the characters your own. I usually pick Ghost Rider, but Human Torch is my alternate for certain situations that require flying. Dr. Strange is also really cool and has some awesome powers.

SHH!: Our audience is REALLY into comics, can you tell them how you came up with a story that features so many characters from different Marvel worlds?

Paul: Actually, the core of the story for "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" wasn't that hard because of the number of good heroes, villains and moments in the Marvel universe. The hardest part was trying to pick all the best parts and fit them into a story that we could finish in our lifetime! The story is a combination of the basic plots of Secret Wars and the new Secret War and major comic book moments in Super Heroes' individual stories. We then placed all of that within a few great environments that will be familiar to every Marvel fan. We even had Marvel editor C.B. Cebulski help us craft the story so that it stayed true to the Marvel canon. It's been a real fun, but grueling process keeping everything straight, but at the end of the day we're sure fans won't be let down.

SHH!: So what's the story of the game? We've seen a little about Dr. Doom and Galactus, but what's the overall reason for all of these heroes to come together? Is it something big?

Paul: Well, if you watch our opening cinematic, the heroes learn that Dr. Doom is attacking Nick Fury's helicarrier. Fury calls in the heroes to help him defeat Doom but they soon learn that Doom has a secret motive for attacking the helicarrier. The heroes then have to search for the reasons behind Doom's attack, which begins this epic quest. I can't give out more information than that or I start giving away all the plot twists. Uh oh…did somebody say plot twists…I think so.

SHH!: How are you using the power of the next-generation consoles to bring these Marvel characters to life?

Paul: It was our goal from the very beginning to use the capabilities of the next-generation to add life-like details to the characters in "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance." When you look at Captain America, you can see the chain mesh in his costume. Or for the Thing, his body really looks like weathered stone and rock. The details also come out in the environments and in the Super Hero powers. At times, you feel more like you're watching a blockbuster Super Hero movie as opposed to a video game because it looks so real.

SHH!: How different will the Wii version be compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions?

Paul: The Wii contains much of the great content found in the PS3 and Xbox 360, but it also has a unique set of controls that are both intuitive to use and make you feel like a hero yourself. We've added icons to the game to teach the player how to use the controls, and for most people, "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" will just be pick up and play.

SHH!: Online play was a great addition to "X-Men Legends II." What are you adding to the online play of "Ultimate Alliance" to keep fans up late at night?

Paul: You can play "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" from beginning to end with up to four players. However, we've gone a few steps further by adding new ways to play, including one player being the hero and other players being the villains in certain missions. There is also an alternative game mode where players still have the same goal of completing the story, but they are ranked against other players in the game. The player with the best stats at the end of a mission wins a bonus to take into the next mission.

SHH!: Can you tell us about the ability to customize each playable character? Why is this important to gameplay?

Paul: Each hero can get equipment, upgraded powers and stats as they level up. The big customization in "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" is in the many unlockable costumes. Each costume is more than just a cosmetic difference - the costumes contain their own unique stats and powers. For example, you might prefer to play as Spider-Man in the black costume over Spider-Man in the red and blue costume because of the special powers in the black one. It all depends on how much you want to manage each character, and also the teams of characters.

SHH!: What locations can we expect to see in the game?

Paul: "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" sends you all around the Marvel universe and beyond. From Nick Fury's helicarrier, to the underwater city of Atlantis, to the Skrull homeplanet and even Murderworld, players and Marvel fans will definitely appreciate being able to finally visit these places in a great action/RPG video game.

SHH!: Tell us about the branching storyline and how that might change the progression of the game for players.

Paul: There are many key decisions that the player has to make in "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance." One, for example, is to save Prince Namor. If you do so, not only does it change the mission and how you beat it, but at the end of the game, we have an epilogue cut scene system that dynamically changes to reflect the choices you made throughout the story. There are many more decisions, and each of them helps piece together how your epilogue cut scene will play out once you've passed the final boss battle. So you can go through the game multiple times, make different choices at each point, and get to see the different ways you are able to affect the overall Marvel universe.

SHH!: Are there any plans yet to add new levels or characters by downloads after the game's been out?

Paul: Our only goal right now is to get "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance" done. But, if there were ever a game that had a ton of content to pull from, it would be "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance." I'm sure we'll evaluate additional downloads once the game is finished.

SHH!: When the game launches this fall, who will be on your four hero team?

Paul: I'll be playing with Human Torch, Ghost Rider, Wolverine and Elektra. Who will you be playing with?

Visit the game's official website to determine what your line-up will be! You can pre-order Marvel: Ultimate Alliance at Amazon.
