Willem Dafoe in Spider-Man 4?

MTV interviewed original Green Goblin actor Willem Dafoe if he's reprising his role as Norman Osborn in the new "Spider-Man 4" movie. This is what he had to say:

"Let's put it this way — no one's called," the actor told MTV News in a recent interview.

As for my opinion on this, I honestly think Willem should stay out of SM4 or any future Spidey films. I like him and he's a really great actor, but his character is done and over with. So hopefully Sam Raimi can just move on from the Green Goblin storyline and go with someone else. And it's not that hard, there's like a tons of Spidey villains out there dying to make it into one of these movies some day. The Green Goblin isn't the only Goblin out there (There's the Hobgoblin, remember?). So that's what I think. Anyone else have something to say? Please make sure to say it in your comment. Thanks for reading!
